The service was good, affordable and fast. I had to return some panels that I bought at a hardware store. I went on the Deliveree company's website, I spoke with the online customer service and in 10 minutes I had already booked the truck. The driver arrived on the scheduled , we took the panels around and he not only refused to leave the panels at the entrance of the store but he came to speak Thai and help me with the return. I highly recommend the company and the kind driver who helped me: Mr. รุ่งเรือง ID 166183

My first experience with Deliveree was awesome! The app is so intuitive, hassle-free and truly a revolutionary app. I found the standard of the services to be very convenient as well.The driver arrived on time and was very polite. Plus points was- he was fully decked up in the Deliveree uniform! My goods arrived on time and in perfect condition as well. I highly recommend Deliveree to those who need to get things moved!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We booked Deliveree to move our 75inch UHD TV. The assigned driver was informed of the TV's size but turned up with a lady that could not lift the TV and laughed throughout the job. They refused to carry the TV in the box provided and instead, struggled carried the TV down 7 flights of stairs unboxed. When the TV arrived at our condo, the screen was broken. We now have to replace a perfectly good TV which cost us 55,000 THB when we bought it. Deliveree have offered 10,000 insurance cover for their mistake. Their staff are incompetent and have clearly received no training. I would recommend you AVOID this company like the plague.

This is the first and the last time I'm going to use the service from Deliveree. I booked a pickup 4 days ago and the app connected me to a driver. However, they somehow reallocated me to another driver and as of now, I'm still waiting for the driver (which is already 30 mins late and I was told that they will be 60 mins late). This shouldn't have happened as I booked the service 4 DAYS in advance. Time is money and I'm currently losing a lot of it. If you are finding a pickup service, I recommend you not to use Deliveree. Instead, try Lalamove, Grab, Skootar (i've used their service for many times and they are awesome) or just google 'pickup service in Bangkok' or 'ขนของ'.
